I love these, but would they not push up the pipe a little further so it's a tad more flush?

Unfortunately not, the end of the exhaust is flared so the tip slides inside. Resulting in a smooth line on the inside of the pipe.

The only way I can reduce length (no rude comments please) is to get rid of the slash cut and make it vertical !

I like them, if it were me I would want them a fraction closer in, but theres nothing wrong with them where they are and its good to be different ;)

What can I say, I'm very happy with the job done (by The Wheel Specialist in Westerhope)

I thought I'd treat them to new rubber and went for Hankook V12, stayed with a 205/45/17 to minimise any rubbage as I was as close to the arch without rubbing as I could get without adding extra camber.

They aren't quite the same colour as the wheels but we'll see how they match when the car is clean

Slowly slowly the chrome is covered or replaced. This time the door handles, some cheeky covers from Taiwan, the petrol cap is badly wrapped for now. I think I picked a hard shape to wrap for my first attempt, especially with the wrap having to stretch and then shrink around the back of the cap (where you normally hook your finger to open the cap). I may have to bite the bullet and buy a cover or pay someone to wrap/paint it.

I've gone with carbon fibre covers for now, i may wrap some wing mirror caps, I just don't know. The main aim was to reduce chrome for now.

If anyone spies a nicely price set of Blackline headlights or tail lights please let me know as I think this will be one of the next mods on my list (money depending obviously)

This looks ace Ian :good:

You doing a belt line cover ?

That is the plan, I just need to buy a few kits to see which I prefer. If anyone would kindly send me some links for quality beltline kits the they recommend I would really appreciate it as I have no clue what is decent stuff and what is rubbish.
