Not much of an update but at least I've got a baseline power figure (courtesy of the Foo dyno day)

I've got some fuelling issues which held the car back and killed torque but a proper mapping session should sort that. Injector clean and cam first though ;)

I don't think I've mentioned quite how much I'm enjoying this build thread. I think we're are all feeling the highs and lows with you Colin.

Keep up the good work, glad your sorted with the roll cage too [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Next mod on the menu is a wideband data logger :)

I'll be pulling the fuel rail over the weekend and putting the injectors through an ultrasonic clean to get the external muck off, then reverse flushing them with this kit I've knocked up

I'll get there lol. Been looking into a proper piggyback ecu (not the apexi one I mentioned in another thread) and I'm tempted but I really need to concentrate on getting the jobs I've already got going finished first

Wasn't happy with it as it was a bit bulky. I'm in the process of recovering it with some alcantara type stuff called Nu Suede. We'll see how that pans out :)

Cheers Si :) I got some foam underlay stuck on to give a base for the cloth, thankfully the glue didn't melt it and fit is still spot on 19d19019272915d6f4dfe805e240ded8.jpg03 ... 40ded8.jpg"><a href=http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/03/03/19d19019272915d6f4dfe805e240ded8.jpg' alt='URL>'> I'll stick the cloth on once I'm sure everything has full dried. It's dead frustrating at the mo as I'm waiting for a gauge pod I've ordered to arrive as I can't really attack the wideband install till I receive it. Patience is not my strong point [emoji35]

Nu Suede is now on. It a horrible to do as the glue gets everywhere and the whole job can go bad in an instant 8437ebfbe14dbb89726855f157cc9e6d.jpg03 ... cc9e6d.jpg"><a href=http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/03/04/8437ebfbe14dbb89726855f157cc9e6d.jpg' alt='URL>'> ended up looking really nice even if my hands are now dyed black [emoji15]

Cheers Andy. Here it is temporarily in place. I still need to add brackets, paint the centre rib and make another section to raise the boot floor to match but it's getting there (slowly)
