KW have made some!!!

These are the pics of the V3 prototype from German tuner Gigamot's tees car - they should be available to customers within the next 6 weeks I am told.

No dates or info on the V1 or V2 though! I was hoping to go with the 'basic' V1's, but the wait may get the better of me depending on the price of these!!

Update:

The following part numbers are available from KW at present, with an estimated lead time of 4-6 weeks. All coilover options listed offer offer lowering FA/RA of 20mm-45mm. I can't help but think that doesn't sound particularly low???

The V1's offer height adjustment only whereas the V2 and V3 will offer height and also rebound adjustments.

The details are as follows:

For cars WITHOUT the optional EDC:

Variant 1 Inox (102200AG)

Variant 2 Inox (152200AG)

Variant 3 Inox (352200AG)

For cars WITH the optional EDC:

Variant 1 Inox (102200AH)

Variant 2 Inox (152200AH)

Variant 3 Inox (352200AH)

45mm drop will make quite a difference.

You should measure from your arch lip down 45mm to see where that brings the car down to.

My set arrives on the 26th - I can't wait now Ive seen these pics!

The good news is that he also says he has about 10mm of clearance against the struts with his OEM wheels fitted too, which is good news for my 18x8 ET45 set up and 205/40 18 tyres.

The bad news is that his 18x8 ET35 wheels (with 215/40 18) are too aggressive against the wheel arches, so he is having to have his milled down to make them ET45. Heres a pic of his wheels on before the milling.

That's good to know James. I bet that reassures you slightly, but I'm really not digging the BBS wheels on that, I prefer it on the shiny STD rims. I think you chose well with yours [emoji106]

Bit of a duplicate post, as I've just updated my project thread, but for those who are interested, here's the first set of KW coils in the UK for the F56!!

Many thanks to my pal George for sourcing me these - if anyone is interested in cheap KW coils, he is the man to speak to!

Unboxed a front strut and they seem to have replicated the indent from the OEM suspension which should hopefully mean I can get my 18x8 ET45 wheels on without a spacer (they currently fit fine on the OEM set up)

Don't want to make duplicate posts, but for those who don't follow my project thread, here is an update on the KW coils.

I got mine fitted today and they are pretty much as low as they will go! :)

The good news for F56 owners is that I can confirm that 18x8 ET45 with 205/40/18 tyres DOES NOT need a spacer (with KW coils at least, I can't comment on the BC's.) The bad news is that this set up is pretty much as aggressive as you can really go without encourtering unesscary headaches with fitment.

The fronts rub slightly on full lock when negotiating heavily cambered roads / drives at medium to low speeds, but its fine everywhere else. This will be solved with camber plates as and when they are available to order. Camber plates will be essential as currently I can only get -0.4 degrees camber with the stock set up. The rears don't seem to rub at all and I've had -2.4 degrees of camber dialled in, which obviously helps.
